Day 1 Arrive Launceston, Freedom of Choice. Transfer to your hotel, then embark on a guided city tour. Afterwards, select from one of five Freedom of Choice Sightseeing activities, including a tour of the Beaconsfield Mine & Heritage Centre. Later, enjoy a Welcome Dinner and Drink at your hotel. Day 2 Bicheno, Freycinet National Park Visit Bridestowe Lavender Farm and sample the unique lavender-enhanced fare. Continue to East Coast Natureworld to meet a rare Tasmanian Devil. Day 3 Freycinet National Park, Tasman National Park, Port Arthur Explore Freycinet National Park. Travel to Tasman National Park and see the Tessellated Pavement, Devil's Kitchen and Tasman Arch. Port Arthur Motor Inn

Day 4 Port Arthur Historic Site, Richmond, Hobart, Freedom of Choice Explore the penal colony at Port Arthur and cruise around the Isle of the Dead. Afterwards, travel to colonial Richmond and see its convict-built bridge. In Hobart tonight, experience the city's culinary highlights, dining at one of four restaurants. Day 5 Hobart, Salamanca Market, Freedom of Choice Explore the stalls of Salamanca Market. Later, select your Freedom of Choice Sightseeing activity.

Day 6 Russell Falls, Lake St Clair, Strahan Travel to Mt Field National Park and admire Russell Falls, then continue to Lake St Clair. Afterwards, visit The Wall in the Wilderness before continuing to Queenstown, then Strahan. Strahan Village

Day 7 Gordon River Cruise, Freedom of Choice Board the luxury Lady Jane Franklin II ship and cruise the secluded Gordon River. Day 9 Stanley, The Nut, The Tarkine, Smithton Travel to Stanley, then see the unusual rock formation, The Nut. Next, journey through the Tarkine rainforest and take in sublime views. Later, head to Smithton for an exclusive Tasmanian fare feature dinner. Tall Timbers Hotel

Day 10 House of Anvers, Sheffield, Woolmers Estate, National Rose Garden Travel to Devonport, then head to the House of Anvers for a chocolate tour and tasting. Journey to Sheffield, before continuing to historic Woolmers Estate and the National Rose Garden. Hotel Grand Chancellor Launceston
